Problem installing script

hello I have a problem installing the script its installed and I noticed an error and the web page does not load so I am annoyed thank you

@titi49600 have you completed cloudron setup? You have to visit https://<ip> after installation in your browser to complete the set up.

I have never been able to access the site, the page does not work

a) Did the install script install successfully? it should have asked you to reboot at the end of it.

b) What does your browser say when you try to connect via IP address? any screenshot ?

c) Are you installing cloudron on a vps or a private server ? is there any firewall in front of server where you need to open ports?

yes the server restarted after installation
yes it's a vps
when I do ufw status it says inactive but the ssh root session I can no longer access it other than with proxmox
and I didn't install parfeux or anything else myself

hiccups after research it was the mtu that was not good thank you anyway

@titi49600 thanks for the update. Did you have to run any command to adjust the mtu? If you post it here, it will help future readers.
