How to install Jenny Mod on server (Forge)?

Hello!
I've recently found out about Jenny Mod here https://minecraftjennymod.org (here is a link down below the page) and wanted to install it on the server to prank my friends. We already have different mods on the server (Forge 1.20.1), but when I throw the file into the mods folder and restart the server - nothing happens, no errors either. Can you tell me what is wrong?

Further as the "How To Install Jenny Mod?" from the website you linked I can not assist.
If this is not working, maybe the mod is fundamentally broken.

Jenny Mod site says "because the last supported Minecraft version for this mod is 1.12.2" . However, the forge site does not list that MC version at all - https://files.minecraftforge.net/net/minecraftforge/forge/index_1.21.3.html
