Hello, first topic so hopefully I am doing this right.

Since updating Cloudron from 10.0.5 to 10.1.5 last night, FreshRSS (1.30.1, updated 5 days ago and working fine until the Cloudron update) shows "This app is currently not responding" after login.
Receiving configured feeds with NetNewsWire still works.

    What I've checked:

    • App status shows Running; restarting the app doesn't help. Same result in a private window.
    • Cloudron login succeeds (log shows "User xyz logged in"), then the browser lands on /i/?rid=... and gets a 502 from nginx.
    • FreshRSS user logs show only normal feed warnings.
    • The only app log entries are these warnings:
      • oidc_check_x_forwarded_hdr: header X-Forwarded-Port received but OIDCXForwardedHeaders not configured for it
      • oidc_refresh_access_token_before_expiry: no refresh token stored in the session...
    • I couldn't find nginx error logs.

It looks like something changed with the update. Happy to provide more info if needed.

Do you manage login with Cloudron or with app itself?

Just to debug, please do this test:

      go to
config.php in app root folder, then change auth_type to form:

      'auth_type' => 'form',

      then reboot

        I use Cloudron login.

The form test didn't work because config.php gets overwritten on restart. I tried changing it live, but still get 502.

I found this warning in the app log, which appears sometimes:

        • oidc_proto_jwks_key_get: oidc_jwk_parse_json failed: [jose.c:364: oidc_jwk_parse]: JWK parsing failed: invalid argument [file: jwk.c, function: cjose_jwk_import_json, line: 1618]

Claude suggests: Could Cloudron 10.1.5 have changed the OIDC signing keys in a way the app's mod_auth_openidc/cjose can't parse?

I think something depends on 10.1.5 update... let’s wait for help

Same issue here, with FreshRSS 1.30.1, and Cloudron version 10.1.5.
I noticed this on Monday evening and, looking at the logs, about 4 hours after Cloudron updated to version 10.1.5.
Accessing the feeds via Capy Reader on Android still works though.
