    Hi,

When using a custom theme and having image as a background design option, you have the possibility to upload your own image.

In doing so, and despite matching the requirement (jpg, png or webp) I am having mixed results, when sometime it works, some other it does not and I have no explanation why.

    Results varies between:

    • upload successfully and is applied to the booking page
    • upload successfully and is not applied to the booking page
    • failed to upload with modal error "Invalid file format. Please upload a valid file format" (despite being a jpg file within the requirement)

tried on multiple instances and via multiple browser with the same results.
Also, I had more successes with webp, but jpg and png are proving to be challenging.

Happy to provide more info if necessary.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I ran a full test suite with different edge cases and could identify a handful of possible failures, thank you for pointing this out. I am implementing a fix now for the next release.
