- Fix collaboration replay so selection deletes complete before replay advances, protect SVG shell elements from malformed deletes, and discard deleted Pencil overlays without scanning batches while idle.
- Allow unrelated boards to save concurrently while preserving same-board write ordering. Honor forwarded HTTP metadata only for configured proxies, including custom client-IP header sources. Share DOM-free tool contracts between server and browser code while keeping the initial viewport independent of tool implementations.
- Validated together with 413 Node tests, 68 Chromium tests, lint, typecheck, and the full benchmark suite. CI also checks Node 22 and 24.
- Fix elevated CPU and slow new-board requests by removing history directory scans from board recovery. Failed loads retain the unreadable primary; validated backup recovery preserves quarantine archives. Empty boards remain valid SVG files.
- Refresh translations across all supported languages.
