(still pinging @ekevu123 🙂 - I hope it is still ok to do so)

At the moment when creating a new meeting type, in the "location & calendar" section, one define a booking destination by 1. selecting a calendar account and 2. selecting a specific calendar.

This is clearly define and represent the calendar where the bookings are going to be recorded

In this section I think this would be a great addition to have an "3. select calendar(s) to check for conflict" step.

    • This could/should/ list all the calendars available withing the selected calendar account, with a checkbox next to each.
    • By default the specific calendar selected in step 2. would be automatically checked.
    • yet doing this would make it possible to check additional calendar within the same account, for present availability and avoid double bookings.

    Rational:
as an example, my availability is regularly split in between multiple calendars: 1 personal calendar, 1 group/team calendar etc..

being able to check for conflict with both calendar before making a booking effective in my personal calendar would be a great addition.

I hope this makes sense - thanks for considering,

Sorry, I missed this thread somehow.

Your availability is checked against all activated calendars. Are you trying to define different availabilities per meeting type?
