OnlyOffice Error - ONLYOFFICE cannot be reached. Please contact admin

Hi I just installed OnlyOffice app and my NextCloud is connected. But when I try to open a doc - ONLYOFFICE cannot be reached. Please contact admin. I added the IP address as Trusted IP still doesnt work. Please help thanks.

You should not need to set any trusted IP, onlyoffice will be setup to work out of the box with a nextcloud installed on the same Cloudron. Did you configure the Nextcloud Onlyoffice connector with the default changeme secret and it showed you a green success indicator there?

@cristtiah There are two onlyoffice apps in nextcloud - https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/documentserver_community and https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/onlyoffice . You must install the latter! Once you install it, just configure it like https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/onlyoffice/#setup-nextcloud-connector and that should be it. No need to adjust any other settings.
