Simple Torrent Not Working

Hi guys,
Simple Torrent downloading is not really working on my server. It is a fresh install. It seems like it is disconnecting from peers every 5 seconds or so, speeds are terrible.
Installing and using Transmission I do not have this issue at all & it works great actually, I would just prefer the Simple Torrent UI. I have tested the same torrent files and the issue only persists in Simple Torrent, even downloading torrents simultaneously only has torrents working well in Transmission.
Server is on a 10gbps port and I've done enough testing to be confident it is an issue with Simple Torrent.
