Necessary to start jellyfin? It takes so long on my server from boot to when jellyfin finally loads it takes 40 min. Is there any way to remove that?

@matthewdykstra I guess the chown takes forever. In other apps, we added an optimization to not do this every time. I will fixup Jellyfin the same way.
