This happens when you use the built-in image selection in the ckeditor.

Ah thanks, I get many errors in that UI, like

@luckow guess we have to report this upstream. It works sometimes with a lot of clicking around and trial/error.

@luckow how does one get to this picker? Is this in Email template creator? I only see the desktop file picker

@girish Hah. "Easy" You need a mautic v 5.x. instance. Add /elfinder?editor=ckeditor#elf_fls1_Lw after the domain. eg. mautic.example.com/elfinder?editor=ckeditor#elf_fls1_Lw
Or for the user's workflow: go to channels -> focus items -> new -> builder -> content -> editor and click on wysiwyg icon insert image or file
