OCR feature

Hi. I might haven't looked to the right place, but I didn't find how to activate OCR feature into Stirling-PDF app on cloudron. Is there any way to include tessdata as mentioned hee https://github.com/Stirling-Tools/Stirling-PDF/blob/main/HowToUseOCR.md ?

@Edmond tesseract-ocr-{dan,deu,eng,fra,ita,pol,script-taml,spa,tam} packages are already part of the app package.

Thanks @girish - then any idea why the OCR feature isn't available/working by default ?!

Looks like the symlink to tessdata changed. I have fixed this now.
