Business Directory on Cloudron?

Cloudron has a lot of good options. If you were to create something like Yelp, a business directory, where people could give feedback or register, using Cloudron's tools, what do you think would be a good way to do it?

Probably WordPress with a suitable plugin. Something like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/business-directory-plugin/

WordPress. I recommend ACF. Have trialed every WP directory plugin there is, couldn't find any that was modern, flexible, and did what I needed. ACF gives you much more control over the data structure, and you can use standard plugins for other features. PM me for more details, if you need.

Of course, nothing can beat the incredible flexibility offered by ACF. Only, one must be prepared to have a little more complicated than with an out of the box ready to use theme. It's certainly worth it though.

Have you compared with https://wordpress.org/plugins/pods/ (which I've used previously and worked great for my purposes at the time).
