Theme folder setup

I'm looking to set up some custom theme files but I'm not sure where to put them as the Bookstack documentation suggests.

It seems this needs the themes directory to be symlinked to make it writable. I am fixing the package.

I know @Sam_uk has been playing around with Bookstack so he'll probably be please to know he'll soon be able to theme it too

I have pushed a new package that should fix this. Atleast, I was able to change some translations easily watching that video.
