Freescout continuously Starting...

After reboot server Freescout for long time was in Starting... mode and after not responding. How to find the problem?

Can you paste this error as text here? Also which freescout modules have you installed? Maybe some are incompatible with the latest FreeScout?

Also, to get the app back up, you can also restore to the backup prior the update for now and maybe clone the app to perform the update so we can investigate here.

It seems there is an error when running the migration script. @vadim can you check if MySQL is up in the Services view?

Ah ok. @vadim we use freescout as our primary support tool , can say it is very good and stable (been using it over 6 years now).
