Can the FreeTakServer Application be Created as a Custom App with Python3?

Hello everyone,

I came across the FreeTakServer project (https://github.com/FreeTAKTeam/FreeTakServer) and I'm wondering if it is possible to create this application as a custom app with Python3 in Docker. Has anyone had experience with this or can provide me with some guidance on how to implement it?

Alternatively, I am curious if it is possible to run the application in another environment such as LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). If so, what adjustments would be necessary?
