    Hello,

I've purchased a domain from WordPress.com, and the domain's DNS is pointing to
    ns1.wordpress.com
    ns2.wordpress.com

I have now hosted the domains' emails on my Cloudron Infrastructure and pointed out all the email records (MX, SPF) to it.

Now I created an email account for the domain, and when I try to log in to one of the emails, it shows me:

    Domain is not allowed

I have added the Domain in my dashboard, and in the DNS provider, I have added (Manual), also I have enabled the Incoming email for the same. So basically, I have confirmed and configured all the basic requirements, but still, the error.

Are you aware of the problem, and let me know what the solution could be?

    Let me know.

    Thanks!

With which email client are you trying to log in? Can you try with say thunderbird to rule out one part of the problem angle, which would be a webmailer installed on that Cloudron.

        I'm using RainLoop 1.17.0

I'll try to use it in another email client to check the issue.

@flaxxain RainLoop app is long deprecated . Consider using SnappyMail , Roundcube or SOGo
