    Dec 08 14:35:52 Dec 08 13:35:52 sogod [31]: [ERROR] <0x0x558808d826d0[SOGoSQLUserProfile]> failed to acquire channel for URL: mysql://XXXX:XXXXX@mysql/XXXXX/sogo_user_profile

This is happening all around the place and causing issues with the app. Any ideas?

Maybe SOGo lost the database connection or all connection are used up/exhausted. Can you try to restart both the mysql service and the app to see if that makes any difference?

I've restarted SOGO multiple times, but it does seem MySQL restart has put it back up temporarily. Let's see - will follow up.
