as an update
while last year (2019) I signed up and everything was working well

last week (February 2020) I tried to sign-in to their service but:

1. they send you a broken link, which I was able to fix
2. even with the fix I didn't received the 2nd step to sign in

also I reached them through their chat, and even after 48h nobody replied back.
