Pushed a new version 1.1.0 which updates PHP to 7.3.17

Package 1.1.1 fixes an issue where PHP CLI was not using the package's php.ini (it was using the system default instead)

Pushed an update that installs
php-imagick
. The base image update caused this package to disappear. -
PHP 7.3 app version 2.0.0:
