Statping - Package Updates

With package version 0.1.0 we have just released the app as unstable for now. Please test and report issues back.

The initial packaging effort was done by @fbartels thanks a lot for this!

@Grienauer not sure, the fork hasn't seen a new release in a while as well.

@girish they just seem to be forgetting to push any actual tags. They are still updating an internal version file, see https://github.com/statping-ng/statping-ng/commit/40f31e3110550754a929a9f848c2eefa4df9ae3f for example.

Ah, no. Looking at https://github.com/statping-ng/statping-ng/tags they seem to be treating development releases and actual releases differently.

I created a new repo and new package to track statping ng - https://git.cloudron.io/cloudron/statping-ng-app . The existing Statping will get hidden and this new one will become unstable.
