CSS not loading

Hello anybody have this issue after the last update:
we have all the page with missing CSS file.
It's not a loading issue, no CSS is included in the header link of the HTML.

It's not a loading issue, no CSS is included in the header link of the HTML.@moocloud_matt no problems here, tried it in several browsers (mobile, because I’m not near my desktop).
