Preview pane missing name

In this case, I am logged in to the admin site.
Listing a bunch of audio/video files, when one is clicked, the preview pane opens and starts playing. The name of the file playing is missing.
Can you add that to the top or bottom of the pane?
Alternatively the current file being previewed could be highlighted in the list on the left. Or some other indicator, else one can't tell what is being played.
