For some reason on my cloudron, I cannot access any files using the file browser or via sftp. The directories appear to be empty. But the backups show directories and clearly since the apps are functioning there are directories of files and folders. Whats going on?

Ok to clarify it seems to be limited to a single multisite install. I cant see and folders or access the htaccess to modify it

@derin Go to services view and try restarting the sftp service. Then refresh the file browser page. There is a bug somewhere.
