Connection errors in log

In 3 FreeScout instances on 3 Cloudrons I get these kind of fetching errors about 8-12 times a day, does anyone know what & why?
Error: imap_open(): Couldn't open stream {my.domain.tld:993/imap/ssl}. Can not authenticate to IMAP server: [CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (authenticate); File: /app/code/overrides/Webklex/IMAP/Client.php (230)

@imc67 Are you using Cloudflare by chance and using a mailbox on your Cloudron for Freshscout?
No Cloudflare (only DNS not proxied) and all boxes are on the corresponding Cloudrons.

that looks like a misconfigured mail integration.

@imc67 at least on our main instance with 4 mailboxes, we don't see this error but every once in a while some other imap related connection issues. Those do look like temporary problems with the mailserver communication. Things are retried also. If you can consistently reproduce this, maybe it is worth contacting the upstream authors and see if they have more insight here if this is an app/server/connection issue.
