It seems that notifications for app updates get app versions wrong: they say the app "updated to ${old version}".

Example with OpenVPN : it just got updated to package version 1.11.0 (https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/5342/openvpn-app-appears-to-be-based-on-the-3-4-years-old-version-2-4-4/3), but the notification I got says:

    bd31ad77-875d-4f0b-b6a6-a67a6efef3a4-image.png

And the app is indeed on version 1.11.0:

    6e118174-8508-420d-87b1-d0be1d089b98-image.png

(In this case, the upstream version shown here is wrong, it shows 2.4.4 instead of 2.4.7, but I think it's a packaging problem for this specific app. When the app actually updates to a newer version, the notification still gives the upstream version number of the old package.)

I already quickly reported this problem in my Sickchill bug report : https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/5392/new-sickchill-broken/7 . But here is a precise specific report 🙂

    (I know, it's really not a big problem, but it's probably a one-line fix 🤷 )

@mehdi I see the issue here as well. I've pushed a fix for this for the next release.

Thanks for your attention to the details here 🙂
