1Password is surveying support for a self-hosted option!

I just heard today that 1Password (one of my personal favourite password manager tools even though it's not self-hosted) is surveying the public for interest in a self-hosted option!

I assume the more surveys they receive for wanting a self-hosted option, the more likely they will be to bring one out! I assume it'd still be a ways off before one is released (if they even decide to go that route), but we can give them our feedback now on the option!

What is the difference to bitwarden?

if you mean the app that's on the cloudron store, that is actually fully compatible but not an official server.https://github.com/dani-garcia/vaultwarden
In this case, I think is an official server by 1Password, which makes it really interesting.
