Migration from Invoice Ninja V4 to V5 failed

I tried to migrate a production installation of Invoice Ninja V4 (updated, version 4.5.42) to a V5 (updated, version 5 5.3.1).
I receveid this message (where A.B@X.Y is an admin user email from our Invoice Ninja V4 installation) :
Migration failed Looks like something went wrong with the migration for the following company: MY COMPANY SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory (SQL: select exists(select * from `users` where (`email` = A.B@X.Y) and `users`.`deleted_at` is null) as `exists`) SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory (SQL: select exists(select * from `users` where (`email` = A.B@X.Y) and `users`.`deleted_at` is null) as `exists`)
I did not notice anything in logs.
Instead of using the packaged version of Invoice Ninja V5, I installed Invoice Ninja V5 in a LAMP app, and the migration works fine.

After this, are you able to export from the lamp v5 app and into the Cloudron v5 app?
