Rukovoditel: Project Management, CRM, EDR, Helpdesk

Had never heard of this. Has been around and actively developed for the past 6 years. Seems similar to Oodo.

Open source. But extensions cost $250

Available in PHP but there is a beta docker available that came out earlier this year.

@seeker The name I recognize from Slavic, seems it's made by Russians with Balkan friends.

It literally means the one who guides the hands.

    AKA the Administrator. šŸ™‚

Looks like we don't need to wait for a Docker version... it runs on LAMP! I'm going to give it a try on a Cloudron Lamp instance.

@seeker So far, pretty good. Installation was a breeze. It's speedy as anything with just 896MB ram. LOTS to set up at first, of course. There is a section, Application Structure, which comes with a default list of Entities which can be viewed as a List, or a Flowchart, or you can create your own, or rename the existing (which is the expected Project ->Tasks/Tickets/Discussions, with Users, Teams, and Depts assignable to each. I like the ability to create my own, or rename/restructure the existing. On something like SuiteCRM, making your own flowchart was always really tedious - this feels much speedier and intuitive for some reason.

Hey there! Thanks for sharing your experience with Rukovoditel. It sounds like it's been a great discovery for you, and I'm glad to hear that the installation process was a breeze. I haven't heard of this one before, but it seems similar to Oodo. The fact that it's open-source is a huge plus, although it's a shame that the extensions cost $250. It's great that you can create your own flowchart or rename/restructure the existing ones, and it's much faster and more intuitive than other options you've tried in the past.BTW, I've recently discovered oneĀ all in one crm and project management tool, and I plan to try it. Maybe later, I'll compareĀ Rukovoditel and this one.

@caseyschroen Are you connected to it in some way? EDIT: I can edit my post too instead of responding to someone to make my original post look different: So you aren't connected to Rukovoditel but you are to that other one whose link I'm not going to post. You might be better off posting the comparison elsewhere, personally, maybe reddit or LET. Don't spam here.
