When adding new User's to Cloudon. I used to be able to go to Rocket Chat and hit the Sync button for them to appear in Rocket Chat for welcoming. That button seems to have gone now.

Any other ideas to get user's showing before they've tried to login?

@marcusquinn it is not quite clear from their pricing page, but I suspect this fell now under the enterprise plan with their changes around LDAP/AD basic vs. enhanced support.

@marcusquinn https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat/issues/23423 . The report says "In the web admin interface LDAP is missing to fields to configure background sync. LDAP is also missing the buttons to trigger a manual sync." Maybe you can ask them upstream.

As a workaround until the above is resolved, in Cloudron 7, there is an impersonate user feature. So, you can create a temp password and login as that user manually. That will create the user inside Rocket.Chat.

@girish Good shout, and thank you kindly.

So frustrating to see features removed unnecessarily.
