But it is not returning repository contents and can't access my user settings.

@nebulon and @rmdes : bizarre, working for me now
had to clear site browsing data 2-3 times
no fix so change browserF**ing browsers : I don't understand why they need to be so complex and so picky. Read a darned file from a stream and display it. What's so difficult.

@timconsidine tbh I have seen gitlab getting stuck for me as well. Hard refresh of the page usually solves it. In ff this is quick with ctrl+shift+r
