How long does it usually take for the CloudRon updated image for a particular software to be released after the original authors push an update to GitHub? I see that at least for my Wiki JS site, there is a new update released but not offered in the dashboard to do so yet. When performing the check updates command, it does not find a change in the version and I am assuming it requires cloudron staff to update the package manually before it is released to us? What is the average turnaround time and is there a way to expedite it?

      Thanks!!

Hi! Usually we try to update within the next few business days when an upstream release happens, depending on if our app specific end to end tests succeed. If it is security related usually within the same day.

In this particular case it seems we have missed that one last release! Apparently there is only a single change though, but regardless thanks for the heads up, I am repackaging it right now.

For reference you can check https://git.cloudron.io/cloudron/wikijs-app/-/tags and compare with the upstream tags to get a feeling of package release times. For some apps like Nextcloud we explicitly wait for first patch releases in the upstream project for major version changes. So it does depend a bit on our experience with upstream release stability.
