How to add reCaptcha to the Customer Portal URL?

Hi,
If I wanted to add a recaptcha to the customer portal URL? which file would I add the script?
Also, how about for the users/admin portal login? can I add the recaptcha for that too?
This is IF the website gets a lot of spammers or bot crawlers?
