Is there a way to enable anonymous viewing of pastes?

Yes that was my original question. But that could also work, however it shows me no option to install without user management

@andreasdueren I do see it at install time.
As for having the site private but the pastes public, this is not possible because that feature needs to come from the app itself. I think jirafeau might support that.
