      Hello,

Since the upgrade to 7.3 it says my backup storage is not mounted (red dot). It is a sshfs mount (Hetzner box) and used to work just fine. The exact same drive is also mounted as a volume and there it is fine (green dot).
When clicking the "Remount Storage" button, that doesn't work. When opening the config and click "Save" I get this:

Unable to create test file as 'yellowtent' user in /mnt/cloudronbackup: EACCES: permission denied, open '/mnt/cloudronbackup/cloudron-testfile'. Check dir/mount permissions

Try to switch to a CIFS mount temporary until we figure out. I use a Hetzner Storagebox and Cloudron 7.3 and everything is working fine.

@subven Thank you for the suggestion. I use rsync with hard-link for backup, so if I change the backend will not that trigger a full backup without increment @staff?

@avatar1024 right try not to reset the backup config just now and check the permissions of the folder in the mountpoint first.

@nebulon Thanks. If by the folder you mean /mnt/cloudronbackup then it is:

                drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4096 Aug 18 03:00 cloudronbackup/

Though this is the same for /mnt/volumes and they work fine.

                drwxr-xr-x 5 root root 4096 Apr 3 09:22 volumes/

Inside /mnt/cloudronbackup I have "snapshot" folder (even thought he volume is not mounted) and this has the exact same permissions.

Inside /mnt/volumes I can see the three mounted volumes with the following permissions (top and last are mounted as sshfs and middle one is mounted as cifs - all are folders on the same Hetnzer storage box as the one I use for backups).

                drwxrwxrwx 1 hetznerusername hetznerusername 4 Aug 19 10:21 8f327ff1a4c24810a6adf910170251e3/
                drwxrwxrwx 2 yellowtent yellowtent 0 Jan 28 2022 a6c6bddb7ddc424596a3150383e2e4b2/
                drwxrwxrwx 1 hetznerusername hetznerusername 4 Sep 8 15:10 f26fe5bedfed484db30497140b5a605d/

Let me know if you'd like ssh access.

Turns out the mountpoint for backups, which is /mnt/cloudronbackup/ had leftover files, which prevented it from being mounted. After clearing that folder it works fine.

I will see how we can better communicate this into the dashboard to make this more obvious in the future.
