App resets itself
-
I am having a strange issue where Easy Appointments will just reset itself to default seemingly at random times and I'm forced to restore from a backup. Would it also be possible to expose the files so we can set the timezone to a default one?

Facing the same issue.
Tried to log into the app to find that the entire app has somehow reset to the default state!
Don't even know which backup to restore to. The event logs also don't show anything. -
In such a case, do you see
=> Initial setup
in the app logs anywhere? Otherwise there is a cron job running: https://git.cloudron.io/cloudron/easyappointments-app/-/blob/master/cron.shMaybe run that manually in the webterminal into the app and does that also result in a reset of the app?

@shrey unfortunately I have no angle to tackle this issue unless we can somehow reproduce this or get any logs or correlation with maybe updates or so.
I can't really access logs that far back.
The app shows logs only for the past 2 days, whereas this 'reset' occurred around a week ago, most probably (maybe after the app got auto-updated to the latest version, on Jan 6th, 2023 ?). Is that something that can be looked into?

@shrey have you tried to download the logs via the logviewer? Does it also only have 2 days worth of logs there?

neither this?

@shrey unless the update reproduces the issue, there is really nothing to look into without even logs
To take a step back also, are you able to use the app currently or is there something which doesn't work directly?
-
@nebulon After i restored the data from an earlier backup, the app's been working fine so far.
