ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT When trying to get to cert

Hey all,

I have installed cloudron on an ubuntu server vm however when it tells me to go to my https://<IP> I just get an err_connection_timed_out. Does anyone have any ideas or how I can resolve this? For info I have a BT home hub, tried to port forward both 80 and 443 port for http, however even when I check "Open port checker" still says they're both closed, totally at a loss on what to do from now, on getting port forwarded and cloudron setup

@leefree IAs a first step, are you able to access https://<internal-ip-of-your-vm> ? If that works, it means the VM itself is fine and ports are open. Next step is then to figure why BT home hub is not forwarnding ports correctly.
