Locked out of Cloudron accounts and appstore not working

Hello,
I'm having two(actually three) problems with cloudron, the first is that i am now locked out of my cloudron.io account which i used to pay for the subscription i have already tried resetting the password about 4 times but i do not receive the email for the password reset process/page.the second is that cloudron server is unable to connect to cloudron API to pull a list of applications on the app store, it is also unable to update or check for updates. basically any request to /api/something/something.cloudron.io/ is failing!

would appreciate any help in resolving this and resetting my main account password

Can you send an email with your https://console.cloudron.io account email to support@cloudron.io to get that part sorted?
The other issue may be related to the first, if something is off with your appstore account there.
Also optionally, if you want, enable remote SSH support for us (maybe via SSH and cloudron-support command if the UI does not work) https://docs.cloudron.io/support/#ssh-keys

i can try enabling SSH support for you although im not sure you'll be able to access the server is running on a proxmox server at home ( maybe i could give you ssh access to the server via a cloudflare tunnel, let me try setting that up and see if it works)
thank you and i will respond to this post once the tunnel is up and working ( cannot enable remote support from inside of cloudron because the entire support page is not loading/connecting to cloudron api )

I have regained access to my console.cloudron.io account ( found the password saved on my phone) and i have also enabled SSH access for you, please try using that while i figure out how to setup SSH using the cloudflare tunnel.
What do you need from me to access SSH ?

@Lostuser since we don't closely track our users, please send a mail with your Cloudron ID or dashboard id to support@cloudron.io also with your console.cloudron.io email address.
Maybe same for @aessen so we can do some assessment of the situation.

@Lostuser your issue appears to be something else than what @aessen experiences. So it might still be worth while to let us know about your Cloudron and cloudron.io account for further help via support@cloudron.io

I have seen things account not loading when unbound is down. If you go to Services, is
unbound
working ? If it is, can you check ifhost cloudron.io 127.0.0.1
on the VM works? -
