Moodle does not start after latest upgrade to 5.3Moodle 5.3 requires PostgreSQL 17
Cloudron 10.0.5's shared PostgreSQL is 16.14Last night Moodle upgraded from 5.2.4 to 5.3.
It no longer starts.
Please bump PostgreSQL to 17 before bumping Moodle to 5.3.
