    Moodle 5.3 requires PostgreSQL 17
Cloudron 10.0.5's shared PostgreSQL is 16.14

Last night Moodle upgraded from 5.2.4 to 5.3.

    It no longer starts.

Please bump PostgreSQL to 17 before bumping Moodle to 5.3.

Hello @digital-circle and welcome to the Cloudron community forum

During our lifecycle tests there were no issues with the update from package 4.1.4 moodle 5.2.4 to 4.2.0 moodle 5.3.0.
I see now that the Changelog of Moodle 5.3.0 https://moodledev.io/general/releases/5.3 mentiones the database requirements of postgresql 17.
We will look into it and might revoke this update so other users don't run into the same issue.

Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention.

        Hello @digital-circle

We have revoked the 4.2.0 update and will release a new update that sets needed Cloudron version to Cloudron 10.1 which includes PostgreSQL 17.
