Had a stroke when failing to resto Doli with this error : Error - Task 4943 crashed with unknown code 1

It's a SQL constraint that fail. If you search for it in SQL logs in the server you'll probably find this :

ERROR 6125 (HY000): Failed to add the foreign key constraint.
Missing unique key for constraint 'fk_b4d_bank_reconciliation'
in the referenced table 'dolibarr_c_banking4dolibarr_bank_account'

Had to go SSH my cloudron then :

# shell
sudo docker exec -it mysql /bin/bash -c 'MYSQL_PWD="$CLOUDRON_MYSQL_ROOT_PASSWORD" mysql -u root'

# then once connected in mysql :
SELECT CURRENT_USER();
SET GLOBAL restrict_fk_on_non_standard_key = OFF;
SHOW GLOBAL VARIABLES LIKE 'restrict_fk_on_non_standard_key';
# should return OFF

go back to cloudron UI and restore, then everything go smoothly.

After that go back to your mysql then put constraint on again :

SET GLOBAL restrict_fk_on_non_standard_key = ON;
SHOW GLOBAL VARIABLES LIKE 'restrict_fk_on_non_standard_key';
# should return ON

maybe it'll help someone one day...!

@staff could probably do something during the restore process ? It's common to have those error in dolibarr.

PS : note that the error comes from the external module Banking4Dolibarr, not dolibarr himself.

i'm OP, lost my "crush" account...

To produce an invoice you must :

1. go to invoice
2. create a new one, put some lines of product / service in it
3. convert the draft in "template" it's a button down the page next to "validate" / "clone" / "delete", then it will show a new page where you can set up the recurring feature (period, start date, number of iteration etc.). Put daytime minus 1 day to be sure the system see it as "to generate"
4. Next go to schedule jobs module then run it, it will see the template you setup earlier as eligible for invoice creation.
5. invoice should be created and the folder in /dolibarr/facture/<PROVXXX> should appear with root permission on it
