@jpodner I had the same issue. Solved it by following the instruction on this page to extend my LVM space.

+1 for Contabo. UI/UX is archaic but it does the job and it does it well.

I guess if you want the fancy interfaces (DO and Vultr), you have to pay the fancy prices! LOL
