My Mattermost instance just suddenly stopped working and when I check the logs I have following:

Oct 08 20:02:30 => Healtheck error: Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 172.18.16.136:8065

Even if I restore from backup, same error. When I change domain, same error.
When I deploy new instance, everything is working.
Any ideas please?
