How is that even possible given there are no downvotes?!?

(perhaps there were downvotes back in 2020? but I've been on here since Jan 2020 and I don't remember ever seeing downvotes!)

@jdaviescoates Well, if not that then I'm thinking it's because of the "former users". Must be a counting bug when the accounts get closed.
