Just tried to install a plugin to pretix:

The following came up:

Without reproducing.

Here you do:

python -m pretix rebuild

after that you just do:

restart pretix-web pretix-worker

Did you not simply miss the python -m pretix?

this didn't work:

restart pretix-web pretix-worker

This is the instruction of the plugin"

$ source /var/pretix/venv/bin/activate
(venv)$ pip install pretix-mollie
(venv)$ python -m pretix migrate
(venv)$ python -m pretix rebuild
# systemctl restart pretix-web pretix-worker

EDIT:

I forgot in the last command the systenctl:

systemctl restart pretix-web pretix-worker
System has not been booted with systemd as init system (PID 1). Can't operate.
Failed to connect to bus: Host is down

Oh, now it makes more sense and also expected to fail.
The last step for Cloudron would be then to restart the app.

Just took a look and yes.
The plugin/s is/are stored in /app/data/site-packages and are also included in the backup.

It is described exactly like that already.
Last sentence:

After that, the app can be restarted to rebuild plugins and apply db migrations.

Was this unclear or misleading @imc67?

No when I installed it 2 days ago after this notice https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/13866/pretix-is-now-available there was no link to the docs so I expected it was not here yet.
