Zugang zu Rails Konsole

Wie komme ich - über die Konsole in den Settings der Discxourse-App - auf die Rails Konsole von Discourse? Ich möchte nach dieser Art das Setting ändern:

Hier das Problem:
cd /var/discourse
./launcher enter appsowohl der Ordner unter var fehlt, und grep findet auch keinen launcher...
