Cloudron 9.0.11 bug: adding redirection in Surfer doesn't resolve

Description
Created a surfer app on a bare domain (in Cloudron v8, might be related??). Today (in Cloudron v9, might be related??) I wanted to add a redirection (www.), it is added in Cloudflare but after half an hour it is still not resolved in the Surfer app ("Can't find the server).

after one hour! it resolved, so no issue. Never experienced this long time before ... spoiled
