Inactive users who haven't even created a username yet are listed as active.

In Cloudron 9 (and Cloudron 8 too, actually), users who've been invited but haven't yet set-up their account and still have no username are shown as Active users.

That doesn't make sense - because they are categorically not active users.

They would be better off being listed as Inactive.

Or perhaps in a new filter called Invited, or Pending, or something similar.
