SSO circular login multiple time defeats purpose

Every time I want to log into my Bitwarden app connected to Vaultwarden on Cloudron I have to log into Cloudron to use the SSO and log in again to Vaultwarden because the browser plugin doesn't work without it. If my login is stored in Vaultwarden this creates a conflict (circular dependency). I have to remember my login to Cloudron as well as my login to Vaultwarden which defeats the purpose of using a password manager. It's double duty. Then I have to log in to the Bitwarden browser plugin because SSO doesn't carry over properly. I should be able to just log into Vaultwarden without jumping through a circular hoop. Am I doing something wrong or is this by design? If by design, it's a serious flaw. I used Bitwarden/Vaultwarden on a non-Cloudron server before and didn't have to do this nonsense. Vaultwarden was my source of truth, not Cloudron. I think the Vaultwarden implementation on Cloudron is broken. That or I'm a doofus and am missing something.

I don't have this issue. But I think perhaps that's because I've been using Vaultwarden on Cloudron since before it supported SSO and so I'm not using SSO. I have a completely separate user/ pw for Vaultwarden which I can use to login to the browser plugin without having to login to Cloudron first. Perhaps such a set-up would suit you better?

I think it's because I didn't install it to use the apps users instead of the default Cloudron user system. I'm going to try that. Unfortunately, I can't just change it. I'll have to reinstall and migrate my vault. Not hard though.

Yeah, the double login is not great especially if you store your SSO credentials in bitwarden itself
