Full search not working

Hello.
I noticed today that the search feature of my instance stopped working. Whatever I type, no results show up. I remember that I managed to search in document content at least once before. As I sparely need to use the app, I can't say if an update broke the search.
To start looking into this, what is the correct way to run an indexing task (docs) ?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
