InvoiceNinja PDF Statements not loading after 4.5.15 upgrade

We just upgraded to InvoiceNinja 4.5.15 and now PDF statements are not populating. All other PDFs are working (such as invoices). We are leveraging PhantomCloudJS for PDFs. Any ideas? We have not upgraded to 4.2 yet.

@tamayers Do you see anything under the logs section for the app?

@tamayers Would be interested in the logs as well as if there is any error in the browser console as well. In the meantime, I will try to reproduce this locally.
